Sooner or later, all the ideas need to take roots in order to grow.
The second floor has precisely this purpose: it offers a “home” to startups and spin-off in the HighTech and BioHighTech sectors.
The numerous workstations are furnished and equipped with everything needed to become the administrative and operational headquarter of a newco.
It is also included the relax area, equipped with sofas, tables and vending machines to maintain the right working atmosphere.

Management activities for startups
- Support to the creation and development of new startups: help in finding and building operational, technical, and commercial synergies between startups, local businesses, and national and international players, as well as access to tailor-made incubation paths that may include:
- grant office (regional, national, and European calls)
- useful tools to design presentations/pitches for investors
